The dealer installed the TnT components spec'd out for my 4115 by Gearmore.
The tilt cylinder, when it is fully extended, is 3/4 inch shorter than my fixed link. In order to get two links the same length, I had to shorten my adjustable link and install it in place of the fixed link.
And now.... If I want to be able to tilt in both directions.... I will have to shorten the adjustable link even more.
Something doesn't seem exactly right here. My leveled out lift arms are going to be two inches higher off the ground (at their lowest point)when I am done with all the adjustments.
Is the hydraulic tilt cylinder supposed to be longer than the fixed/non-adjusting link?

The Lift arm Cylinder when clasped should be shorter than the fixed link and when fully extended it should be longer than the fixed link. You may be able to make your kit work by using the adjustable link and setting it's length at the same length as the cylinder 50% extended so you can have tilt on both sides. ....

Ironpeddler sounds about right. The tilt cylinder should be longer than the fixed link when extended and shorter when retracted. It really sounds to me like Gearmore specified the wrong cylinder. ....

When retracted I like my hydraulic link the same length as the fixed link.
That way when I retractor the hydraulic cylinder I know the implement is level.(No quessing)
I have the hydraulic link on one side and the adjustable link on the other.
I can only tilt one way using the hydraulics, but I very seldom need to tilt both ways. If tilting to the other side is nessasary I can use the adjustable link. ....

The good thing about the Integration Engineering system is it has a position indicator and a tilt indicator so one can use the tilt in either direction or in a single direction like you do. ....
